Guest checkout is the quickest way to use Relieved without signing up. You scan the QR code at a host (or open their link), pay once, and get a one-time access code. Perfect if you're a tourist or just need a toilet right now.
Because there's no account, each guest payment carries a small €0.35 surcharge on top of the host price and the €0.50 platform fee. The code is valid for 15 minutes and works once.
Guest checkout works in any browser, so you can pay straight from the QR code without installing anything.
💚 Wallet checkout
With a free account you get a Relieved Credit wallet. You top it up once (minimum €5) and then every visit is paid straight from your balance — no card details each time, just tap and go.
Wallet visits skip the €0.35 guest surcharge, so you pay only the host price plus the €0.50 platform fee. That's €0.35 cheaper on every single visit, and your history, favorites and reviews are always saved.
You top up your wallet on the website. Credit you have paid for does not expire, and you can ask for the unused balance back at any time, free of charge. Promotional credit you did not pay for may have an end date.
Which should I use?
Just passing through? Guest checkout is fine — no sign-up, pay and go.
Using Relieved more than once? Create a free account and use the wallet. You'll save €0.35 every visit and never enter payment details again.
