How much do I earn as a host?+
You set your price, from €1,00 to €3,50 per visit. Relieved charges €0,50, the rest is yours. What you earn in a month depends on how many visitors book with you, which depends on your location and your opening hours.
How do payouts work?+
Earnings are transferred to your bank account automatically on the 1st and the 15th of the month via Stripe Connect. You do not have to do anything yourself.
Is it safe to let strangers in?+
All users are verified and have a review history. After each visit both parties rate each other. You can always turn off your availability or block a user.
Can I also list my business toilet?+
Absolutely. Relieved works for both individuals and businesses. You can create a business account and process your revenue as business income.
Does it cost anything to become a host?+
No, registering is completely free. No subscription, no monthly fee. You only pay when you earn: €0,50 per completed visit.
Do I always need to be present?+
For businesses the visit runs automatically, the visitor books and the timer ends on its own. For private hosts you accept the booking through the app.
