How signing up works

How to list your toilet

Six steps, about 5 minutes plus linking your bank account via Stripe; verification is usually done within two working days.

Your name, business name and type, your KVK number and VAT number, and the trader declaration.

Why that declaration?

You declare that you offer this toilet as part of your business. A platform must show visitors whether they are booking with a business, and this one tick takes care of that.

How much do I earn as a host?+
You set the visit price. Relieved keeps €0.50 commission per completed visit from it; the rest is your share. What you earn per month depends on the number of visitors, so on your location and your opening hours.
How do payouts work?+
Normally on the 8th and no later than the 12th of each month, we transfer your earnings from the previous month. Amounts below €5 carry over to the next month, for at most three months. The money then lands in your bank account automatically, usually within a few working days. You do not need to do anything yourself. Every month you receive a statement and a commission invoice from Relieved.
Is it safe to let strangers in?+
Every visitor has paid in advance and comes in with a code that works once and is valid for 15 minutes. You never receive personal details, so there is nothing for you to store or protect; each visit is linked to a payment record that support can trace if something goes wrong. And you switch your availability off whenever you want.
Does it cost anything to become a host?+
No, signing up is free. No subscription, no monthly fee. You only pay when a visit has been completed: €0.50 commission, settled against your payout. Your receipt or invoice to the visitor and your taxes are your own responsibility, as with any sale; our guide helps you with that.
