You can delete your account yourself: open your profile in the app or on relievedapp.com, choose Delete account and confirm. Your account is closed immediately and your personal data is erased.
If you still have credit, a visit in progress, or a payment, refund or payout still open, your profile first tells you what to settle; purchased credit is always refunded in full.
You can also email support@relievedapp.com from the address of your account; we then delete it for you and confirm by email.
What stays: reviews you wrote, without your name; booking records without your name, only where the law requires them; and for hosts the tax records we must keep for seven years, without personal details beyond what that law requires.
